I did my Christmas card using Studio J. It only took me about 30 minutes to upload the pictures and put it all together. Then I paid the $3.95 fee to buy a jpg... no shipping fees, etc. After a few minutes they sent me the jpg via e-mail and I put it on a flash drive and headed to the photo department at my local grocery store, where a nice young man put the two pages together and printed it in a 4x8 size. A few little edges got cropped, but overall it came together quite well. So fun to use CTMH Studio J to create with!!!!! Here it is:

Just thought I would show off one of the Studio J layouts I just submitted. (Thanks to Brett's dad for getting me a bunch of great photos of my son.) I LOVE that we can now add photo wells and drop in as may photos as we want and whatever size we want. Our great digital scrapbooking program just got 100% better.
Hmmm...guess I will add the one of Prom too. A few months ago I wouldn't have been able to add in the group pictures on the top and bottom. Love taking their designs and customizing my pages.

HAPPY
Studio J scrapbooking makes me happy. I have been pushing to get pages done to finish my membership this month. Now no membership is required. Sweet!!!! I just submitted 18 layouts. So, of course that is a reason to be happy. Now, you can do 4+ layouts at a time any time. But as you may guess by some of my photos of cards, etc, I don't have the greatest camera...don't have a light box to get the settings just right, etc. However, at some of the events we are involved in...other people take great high quality photos and share them on facebook. (HS football, School dances, HC pageant) I can download those photos, save them, upload them into Studio J. and do my layouts. If the photos are web-quality, I wouldn't recommend it because they won't be well, high quality. Using great pictures is another thing that makes me happy! So here is one of the layouts that was quick to make...

I will be putting EZ-invite orders on my online business site and when you want to order your layouts, join the group order. It helps us out on free hostess rewards and if you do enough to push it to the next hostess level, I will contact you so you can get some free items too. Would you like to do a group class to learn to use Studio J???? Let me know...I would be happy to help you learn.

GETTING STARTED....
I have been reading other people's blogs for awhile and I enjoy it. You would think with my shelves of scrapbooks and my passion for this hobby, I would have started blogging a long time ago. As I have done more scrapbooking with Studio J (Close to my Heart's incredible online program) I am getting more into the digi world and decided to jump in and blog too. I am sure to continue my classic scrapbooking, but the whole blog thing makes sense too. So here I go. I am going to share things about the things I love, not just scrapbooking and stamping projects. To start with, I will share a Studio J layout I did. My kids surprised us at Christmas with some fun photos that they secretly had taken. Happily I have the files for the photos. They had so much fun getting the photos done and framing them. I have had so much fun putting them onto pages. Now they all have copies of the photos and the pages are done. Love it!!!! Aren't they a good looking group?
